Autelsi is organizing the seminar “Evidence in the Digital Era: Challenge and Opportunity”, held at the International Lab (Innovation Center of the Madrid City Council), located at Calle Bailén 41, Madrid, with institutional representation by Fernando de Pablo Martín, Director of the Digital Office of the Madrid City Council.
During the seminar, the study “Legal Protection in a Digital Environment: Collection, Custody, and Presentation of Evidence” will be presented. The study was developed by Autelsi’s Regulation Group and includes contributions from legal, technological, and security experts from both the public and private sectors. It analyzes the challenges, issues, and use cases related to the collection and management of digital evidence.
Following the presentation, three roundtable discussions will address key topics such as legal protection in digital environments, the legal and technical mechanisms that help ensure the validity of evidence in such contexts, and a review of practical use cases. In an increasingly digital world, the management of digital evidence is fundamental for legal certainty and informed decision-making.
Miguel Ángel Domínguez, President of Alastria, will take part in the roundtable titled: “Digital Evidence as an Ally in Public and Private Sector Processes: Use Case Analysis.”
