During the activities carried out in the Arts and Culture sectoral in recent months, it has been identified that there are several legal concerns surrounding the phenomenon of NFTs. Therefore, from the legal working group of the sector and in collaboration with the Legal Committee, a “Practical Guide to Legal Aspects” has been developed, with the aim of providing a document to members and all those interested in NFTs to help them understand its nature and support the development of their projects in this area.
On the occasion of the presentation of this guide, we have organized the round table “Truths and myths of NFTs: a legal approach”, in which some of the authors will discuss the legal nature, intellectual property rights, regulation, privacy and taxation of NFTs.
